Payment Policy

• Payments are due EVERY FRIDAY of each week
• Payment covers the upcoming week of care
• Accepted payment methods: Cash  / Zelle / State  Assistance

 Late Payments:

• A late fee may apply if payment are not received on Friday by 9pm
• Consistent late payments may result in suspension of care

 Important Policies

 Sick Policy:

• Children must stay home if they have fever, vomiting, or contagious illness
• Child must be symptom-free for at least 24 hours before returning

 What Parents Provide:

• Diapers & wipes (if needed)
• Extra clothing
• Formula or bottles (if infant)
• Blanket for nap time

 Attendance & Pickup:

• Please be on time for drop-off and pickup
• Late pickup fees may apply
